We are happy to let you know this coming International Youth Convocation, IYC2018. We invite you to Yeosu, to the beautiful marine city. All of you can enjoy meeting friends and adventures of new experiences. The IYC2018 will be held in Yeosu, South Korea from 6th to 12th, August 2018. We are expecting around 100 young people from all Areas of the world to attend.
Yeosu, meaning “beautiful water,” is a coastal city which is in the utmost southern part of Korea, renowned for its pristine sea scenery and an endless stretch of coastline.
The city is really hot place for the tourists since hosting the 2012 World Expo, which promoted the importance of marine resources worldwide.
Yeosu has an archipelago of over 300 picturesque islands surrounding it.
Imazine! Taking a cruise ship and looking around those islands including the famous Odongdo Island and Hyangiram Hermitage, a small temple perched high on a coastal cliff.
Maritime & Fisheries Science Museum, located next to the ocean, is an idela place to learn about local marine ecology.
Aren’t you curious who left the footsteps of history? There are various historical sites related Admiral Yi Sun-Sin, who is one of the most heroic and respected figures in Korean history.
